First, let me say…the end of the world is nigh! There’s something truly terrifying going on in my life. One word: Creativity. Scary, huh?
Head on over to New Authors Fellowship to find out what I’m talking about!

Little moments often turn into big memories.
This weekend we had one of those rare, perfect family nights.
Picture a cool, fall evening–overcast, but still nice. One word: Cookout!
The kids are playing in the yard, the dogs are chasing balls/frisbees, the grill is alive with flames–and you’re sitting there, taking it all in. The smell of meat cooking, sounds of laughter, those picture perfect moments.
Sounds wonderful, right?
The kids and I had an impromptu photo session.
After dinner, Mamaw and Papaw pulled out the firepit. We roasted marshmallows and told stories, the kids ate til they overloaded on sugar.
